Joshua Lee

Joshua Lee, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Chafia Capital Partners, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Joshua was a Partner at Industry Capital from March 2021 to September 2024, specializing in value-add multifamily investments in New York City, and also worked as the Director of Real Asset Investments focusing on data centers and industrial assets. Joshua's previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at iCap Investment Management, where responsibilities encompassed real estate debt, net lease real estate, and utility-scale renewable energy. Earlier roles include Director at Industry Capital and Senior Vice President at WnW Capital. Joshua began their career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in Treasury and Structured Products and served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science from New York University.
