Ellen Nordahl is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Recruiting Leader for the Americas Revenue and Corporate Functions at Chainalysis since May 2022, Ellen previously held the position of Manager and Lead Recruiter at Marqeta, Inc., where leadership in Go-To-Market functions was a primary focus. Ellen's tenure at Google spanned five years, where roles included Executive Recruiter for Google Cloud & Computing and Recruiting Lead for Cloud Healthcare and Life Sciences, showcasing expertise in supporting business leaders and managing complex recruitment processes. Prior experience includes leading recruitment for Epic's Software Development internship program and earlier roles in technical and marketing recruitment.
