Arsham Memarzadeh

Arsham Memarzadeh is a partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where the focus is on conviction-based venture capital, particularly within the Growth Team. Arsham has led investments in a diverse range of companies including Affirm, BetterUp, and Grafana. In addition to the role at Lightspeed, Arsham serves as a board member for Enable, Axonius, Payhawk, and ezCater, and holds board observer positions at Chainguard, Wiz, Personio, and ClickUp. Recently, Arsham has also taken on the role of growth investor at Verkada. Arsham Memarzadeh earned a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, Economics from Cornell University.
