Governance and Oversight

The Governance and Oversight team at Challengers is responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as best practices in nonprofit governance. Comprising trustees and a board secretary, the team provides strategic oversight, supports ethical decision-making, and ensures accountability in the management of resources to effectively promote inclusive play and leisure for disabled children and young people.
