Ken Hostler

Ken Hostler is an accomplished professional in the hydroelectric industry with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Director of Hydro at Chalmers and Kubeck since November 2022, Ken previously held the position of Vice President - Hydro at Gracon LLC from May 2018 to November 2022. Ken also served as Executive Vice President at Hydro Consulting & Maintenance Services Inc. from July 2006 to May 2018, transitioning from Vice President from 2007 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Ken was the Northeast Regional Manager at Voith Siemens from 1996 to 2000 and worked in Product Engineering from 1992 to 1995. Ken began their professional journey as a Field Service Representative at Allis-Chalmers/Voith Hydro Inc. from 1982 to 1991. Ken holds an Associate’s Degree in Electric Power Technology from Williamson College of the Trades, earned between 1979 and 1982.
