Jon Richards

Jon Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon currently works at Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing as a Senior Project Estimator, specializing in Waterproofing & Caulking. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Momentum Glass, where they managed various high-profile projects including the SHSU Newton Gresham Library Renovation and the Dell Children's Ascension Medical Center. Jon also worked at Pavecon as an Estimator/Project Manager and at GDA Contractors as an Operations Manager & Estimator/Project Manager. Before transitioning into the construction industry, Jon gained valuable experience as a Senior Golf Caddie at Whispering Pines Golf Club where they had the privilege of hosting prestigious golf events.

Jon Richards attended Sam Houston State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management. Jon also holds several certifications from Procore Technologies in various areas of project management and subcontracting.
