Anthony Roux

Anthony Roux, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Total Rewards Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since January 2019, where previous roles included Total Rewards Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes working as Benefits & HRIS Manager and Benefits & HRIS Specialist at the Simons Foundation from September 2015 to January 2019, contributing to its mission of advancing scientific research. Additionally, Anthony held various positions at the New England Aquarium from October 2008 to September 2015, including Human Resources Generalist and Program Coordinator for Volunteer Programs and Internships, and was the Docent Coordinator at Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens from July 2007 to October 2008. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
