Patrick Matreo

Patrick Matreo is a skilled IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since April 2022, Patrick has previously held positions as an IT Support Technician at GDM Electronic & Medical and as a Desktop Technician at EMR CPR, where responsibilities included Active Directory management, network maintenance, and user support. Patrick has experience with Windows Server management, network security, and office technology support. Prior military service in the US Navy as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Fuels included leadership roles and the award of the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity Management & Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
