Dr Kayenaat Bahl

Dr. Kayenaat Bahl is an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Gurugram since July 2024, where responsibilities include teaching Core HRM and Analytics at the postgraduate level, as well as core HRM and Learning & Development at the undergraduate level. Concurrently, Dr. Bahl has held a position as an Assistant Professor at Chandigarh University since February 2023 and previously served as a Contractual Lecturer at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from June 2019 to July 2021. Dr. Bahl earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management and Services from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, along with a Master's degree in Commerce from Goswami Ganesh Dutta SD College, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Avadh Girls Degree College.
