Sandytama Bramantika

Sandytama Bramantika is an experienced R&D professional in the petrochemical and advanced materials industries. Currently serving as R&D Manager at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, Sandytama oversees polymer product development and continuous improvement projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Application Development Deputy Senior Manager and Application Development Manager at Lotte Chemical (Thailand) Co., Ltd., where Sandytama managed advanced materials development for various applications and maintained strong customer relationships. Sandytama's earlier experience at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk as a Senior Research and Development Engineer included leading product development and optimizing raw materials. With a Master’s degree in Engineering with Innovation and Entrepreneurship from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Sandytama has a solid academic foundation complemented by practical experience in technical studies and social empowerment projects.
