Wendy Tarfano-Brick

Wendy Tarfano-Brick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail technology and employee experience. Since November 2019, Wendy has held dual roles as Head of Retail Technology and Head of Employee Experience at CHANEL. Prior to this, Wendy served as Principal Consultant at WTB CONSULTING LLC, providing expertise in technology solutions and change management. Wendy's earlier positions include Vice President of Global Retail Solutions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where oversight of the Global Retail Operating Solutions Program was a key responsibility, and various leadership roles at Brooks Brothers, involving retail technology solutions, business development, and strategic initiatives. Wendy began their career in marketing roles at Casual Corner Group and Liz Claiborne, Inc., demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing and branding. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Merchandising from Lasell University.
