Yesha Sanji

Yesha Sanji is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and demand planning, currently serving as Senior Group Director for Supply Planning & Order Management in the Fragrance & Beauty division at CHANEL since July 2023. Previously, Yesha held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, including Senior Regional Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager and Skin Health End to End Supply Chain Integration Lead, from April 2017 to July 2023. Between roles, Yesha contributed to Kenvue as Sr. Regional Demand Planning Manager for a brief period in 2023 and serves as an ambassador for One Young World since July 2021. Yesha holds a Master of Business and Science in Information Technology from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rutgers University.
