James Horan

James Horan is an experienced professional in the field of HIV support and management, currently serving as the HIV & LGBTQIA+ Service Lead at Change Grow Live since October 2020. In this role, James focuses on aiding individuals living with HIV in achieving an undetectable viral load while addressing barriers to treatment within the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities. Previously, James worked as the HIV Support Service Manager for Change Grow Live, contributing to the London HIV Fast Track Project across nine boroughs, supporting service users with both HIV and substance use challenges. Before venturing into healthcare, James was a Regional Visual Merchandiser for Giorgio Armani from October 2018 to October 2020. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
