Elfi Martinez

Elfi Martinez serves as the Vice President at changeforce since April 2024, contributing extensive expertise in management consulting focused on critical junctures and the application of emerging technology. Previously, Elfi held various leadership roles at Jennifer Brown Consulting from June 2015 to April 2024, including Vice President and Senior Director, where responsibilities involved developing Diversity & Inclusion strategies for major corporations such as Walmart and Microsoft. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at Coqui Consulting, President of NSHMBA Philadelphia, and several financial analysis roles at the Bank of New York. Elfi holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, complemented by certificates in Organizational Development and Diversity Practitioner programs.
