Robert Haddow Beaven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and business consulting. Currently serving as Principal for People and Organization at changeforce since May 2024, Robert has a strong focus on amplifying diverse voices to enhance organizational performance. As Co-Founder and COO of the Better Man Movement since September 2017, Robert advocates for healthy masculinity in modern leadership. Robert is also the Founder and CEO of Octahedron.app, which offers SaaS solutions aimed at improving team outcomes through cognitive diversity and psychological safety. Additionally, Robert is the Founder and CEO of The Haddow Group, providing executive coaching and consulting on leadership and diversity. Past roles include COO and CRO at Jennifer Brown Consulting, Vice President of Business Development at VreeHealth, and various leadership positions at PC Connection. Robert holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Union Institute & University.
