Nicole Foo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advertising, marketing, and eCommerce within the travel retail industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Advertising, Marketing & Promotions at Changi Airport Group since September 2015, Nicole oversees the airport's advertising business and marketing strategies across multiple regions including Singapore, China, Indonesia, India, and Vietnam. Prior roles at Changi Airport Group include Vice President of New Business, where Nicole focused on generating non-traditional revenue streams, and General Manager of eCommerce, leading the iShopChangi Marketplace. With a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University and further education in eCommerce strategy, Nicole has a proven track record of driving revenue performance and cultivating strategic partnerships in dynamic retail environments.
