Alaina Tassinari

Alaina Tassinari currently serves as a Consultant at Changing Our World since February 2024. Previously, Tassinari held the position of Major Gifts Officer at YouthBuild USA from July 2023 to February 2024. From April 2019 to 2023, Tassinari was the Managing Director of Campaign Strategy and Development Operations at The Trustees of Reservations, focusing on the preservation of Massachusetts' natural and cultural heritage. Tassinari's extensive experience also includes roles at Americares, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Development Operations and Direct Response to Manager of Development Systems, overseeing fundraising operations and strategic improvements.
