Harpreet Rai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Channel 3 Consulting since June 2022, Harpreet previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Inspirata, where responsibility included delivering enterprise-wide healthcare solutions. Early career highlights include establishing the Project Management Office at Kheiron Medical and managing significant clinical trial projects, as well as extensive roles at Philips, where Harpreet oversaw complex clinical IT solutions and implemented transformative ITIL practices.
