Simone Collins

Simone Collins is an experienced consulting professional with a strong background in digital transformation and healthcare technology. Currently serving as Managing Consultant at Channel 3 Consulting since November 2018, Simone specializes in supporting health and care organizations in enhancing patient care through technology. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at Methods, Senior Consultant at Oasis Medical Solutions Ltd, and Programme Manager at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, where project and programme management was pivotal. Additional roles at BSS, CfH (NHS), BT Syntegra, IBM, and ntl provided extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and stakeholder engagement.
