Josh Kotler

Josh Kotler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT services sector. Currently serving as Operating Partner & Advisor at Axial Reade Capital and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Elevative, an award-winning IT services company, Josh has demonstrated leadership in various roles including Managing Partner at Sansom Street Capital, LLC and a member of the Board of Trustees at Chapman Partnership. Previously, Josh held multiple executive positions at CompassMSP and was the CEO of Western Digitech, a leading managed IT services provider in South Florida. Josh's early career included roles in sales and marketing at Executive Data Systems and DataTrends Florida, where success in building operations and client bases was achieved. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Miami.
