Grant Muenter

Grant Muenter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Chapter since September 2024, Grant also operates as a Partner at Muenter Consulting, specializing in referral-based executive search for go-to-market leadership since 2020. Previously, Grant was a Partner at The Cole Group from 2013 to 2020, leading executive sales and marketing projects for a range of innovative companies, including Zendesk and DoorDash. Grant's career includes roles at Spencer Stuart in the Technology Communications and Media Practice and as a Teach For America Corps Member at Crownpoint High School, where responsibilities included serving as a Special Education Teacher and a Learning Team Leader. Grant holds a BA in Classical Civilizations with a focus on Contemporary Leadership from the University of California, Davis.
