Dr. Maureen Toler

Dr. Maureen Toler is an experienced Professional School Counselor who has been serving Charles County Public Schools since August 2018, following a lengthy tenure at Prince George's County Public Schools from August 1997 to August 2018. Dr. Toler holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University, obtained between 2010 and 2020, and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Guidance & Counseling from Bowie State University from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Dr. Toler holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications from Howard University, completed in 1990.
