David Freskos

David Freskos, EnCE is a Principal at Charles River Associates, with prior experience as Managing Director and various director-level positions at FTI Consulting from March 2009 to October 2022. Freskos specializes in managing on-site forensically sound electronic data collections consistent with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, having acquired hundreds of computer images and other electronic media. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Navigant Consulting, where responsibilities included collecting electronic evidence and helping clients minimize electronic discovery costs through technology. Freskos also served as an Enterprise Security Intern at W.W. Grainger, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Operations from Indiana University Bloomington.
