Lance Moore

Lance Moore is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in telephony and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Telephony Associate at Charles Schwab since November 2019, Lance previously held positions such as Application Support Specialist at Motili, and Engineer III - Systems at Ticketmaster, where responsibilities included managing the Genesys platform, patching, and deploying new features. Prior experience includes roles at CenturyLink, where support was provided to over 350 customers with custom call center applications and interactive voice response systems, as well as supporting critical operations during the 2010 Decennial Census at Teletech Government Solutions. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Lockheed Martin and Midlands Choice. Lance holds a degree from Grace University from 1998 to 2001.
