Rodolfo Concepcion

Rodolfo Concepcion is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Charles Schwab since October 2018. Rodolfo successfully manages multiple Agile Software Development teams along with Release Coordination and DevOps Engineering efforts, driving agile practices and implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines for numerous teams. Previously, at TD Ameritrade, Rodolfo significantly improved the software delivery process and increased release cadence while leading a team of engineers and business analysts. Rodolfo's expertise includes a strong background in Cache/MUMPS development across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña and further education from AIM.
