Shikha Gupta is an experienced software development and engineering professional with a strong background in various roles across different organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Software Development & Engineering at Charles Schwab since May 2022, Shikha has previously held positions as a Senior Consultant at Info Services and a Programmer Analyst Consultant at KeyBank. With early career roles including Senior Java Developer at TSYS and Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies, Shikha has expertise in functional and technical analysis, system design, coding, testing, and production support. Shikha has also developed software for government projects while working at the National Informatics Centre and started the career as a Software Trainee at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.
