Tim Anderson

Tim Anderson is a Professor of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Charles Sturt University, with experience as an Honorary Research Associate and Associate Professor at Victoria University of Wellington from February 2023. Additionally, Tim Anderson served as an Associate Professor in Transitional Energy at Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki, New Zealand, during the same period. Prior to these roles, Tim Anderson held various positions at Auckland University of Technology from 2011 to 2023, including Programme Director for the Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Senior Lecturer. Tim Anderson's earlier career includes academic roles at Deakin University, the University of Waikato, and UNSW, alongside initial training as an Engineering Trainee at W E Smith Engineering. Tim Anderson holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waikato and both a Master's and Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW.
