Jerome Davis

Jerome Davis, Ed.D. currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Charleston County School District, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jerome held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Secondary Schools at Orangeburg Consolidated District 5 and Executive Director of Secondary Education at Berkeley County School District, where responsibilities included overseeing leadership development programs and instructional employee evaluations. Jerome's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Charleston Southern University, an Ed.S. from The Citadel, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University. Jerome also has military experience as a Health Care Provider with the US Navy from January 1990 to June 2008.
