Rob O'Donovan is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. As Co-Founder and Chairman of CharlieHR, Rob O'Donovan has played a pivotal role in creating an HR platform designed specifically for small businesses since June 2015. Additionally, Rob O'Donovan co-founded Foundrs in January 2014 and Born Social in January 2012, contributing to their growth and success. Rob O'Donovan holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and was educated at Wellington College from 2003 to 2008, as well as at Aldro.
