Spencer Clair

Spencer Clair is a seasoned professional in development and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Giving at Charlotte Country Day School since January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Development at Children's Theatre of Charlotte, where Spencer successfully reimagined revenue streams and enhanced donor experiences from September 2020 to October 2022. At Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation, ranging from September 2014 to June 2020, Spencer held several positions, including Manager of Corporate Partnerships, where responsibilities included cultivating prospects and securing significant event sponsorships. Earlier, Spencer gained experience in community fundraising as an intern at paper blossom marketing. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Alabama.
