Tanya Andrysiak

Tanya Andrysiak has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Director of Studies at Charlotte Country Day School since July 2017. Previously, Tanya held various leadership roles, including English Department Chair and Comparative Religions Teacher at Suffield Academy from July 2005 to July 2017, and served as Assistant Academic Dean. Additional experience includes positions as Dean of Student and Faculty Programs and English Department Chair at Woodward School for Girls, as well as being the Founding English Teacher at The Match School, where Tanya was part of a team dedicated to educational equity. Earlier career roles include English teacher and college counselor at Colegio Menor San Francisco de Quito and high school English teacher within Triton Regional School District. Tanya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Wellesley College, a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies from Hartford International, and a Master of Arts in Teaching English Education from Boston University.
