Raphael Fernandes

Raphael Fernandes is an experienced soccer coach and operations manager with a demonstrated history in various roles within the sports industry. Currently serving as a member of the National Boys Coaching Staff and PDC Director for Charlotte Independence Soccer Club since April 2022, Raphael has also owned Final Third Skills LLC as a Soccer Skills Specialist since January 2017. Prior roles include Director of Soccer Operations and Lead Trainer at TOCA Football, Head Soccer Coach at United Futbol Academy, and various coaching positions at Atlanta United FC and Trinity Valley School. Raphael's earlier experience includes a tenure as Associate Director of Recruiting for Hult International Business School, alongside extensive coaching experience that emphasizes player development and sportsmanship. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University.
