Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Charlotte Rescue Mission is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective execution of the organization’s mission. Comprising the Chief Development Officer, President & CEO, and Chief Financial Officer, this team focuses on fundraising, financial sustainability, and program development, while fostering partnerships and community engagement to address the needs of those experiencing homelessness and addiction.
