Stephanie Sheperis

Stephanie Sheperis has extensive experience in product development and brand sourcing within the beauty industry. Currently serving as Director of Product Development and Head of Product Development at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since December 2018, Stephanie previously held the position of Head of Beauty at TOPSHOP TOPMAN from November 2014 to November 2018. Prior roles include Sourcing Director for Exclusive Brands at Sephora, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing new brands across multiple regions, and Director of Product Development at MAC Cosmetics. Stephanie began their career in the beauty field as a Fragrance Administrator at Aramis and Designer Fragrances and as a Beauty Advisor at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
