Martin James

Martin James possesses extensive experience in leasing and property management, currently serving as Regional Leasing Manager for VIC/QLD at Charter Hall since October 2019. Prior to this role, Martin held various positions, including Regional Leasing Manager at 151 Property, which is associated with Blackstone. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager for Major Leasing at Novion Property Group and Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Martin's career in leasing began at The Gandel Group, where responsibilities included Development Leasing and General Leasing. Martin holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from The University of Auckland, earned between 1981 and 1986.
