Helen Waters

Helen Waters is a seasoned professional in people development and human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of People and Development at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since December 2023, Helen previously held positions such as Director of Canons Sports Centre and Human Resources Director at North London Collegiate School.
