Cara Hayden

Cara Hayden is a seasoned Recruitment Consultant currently employed at Charterhouse Medical since October 2023. Previously, Cara served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays from April 2021 to October 2023, focusing on the recruitment of Marketing, Communications, and Digital professionals for the NSW State Government, handling positions such as Marketing Directors and Digital Marketing Managers. Prior to this role, Cara gained marketing experience through positions at Bloc Blinds and Haughey Recruitment, as well as sales experience at Harry Corry Ltd. and SPAR. Cara holds a BSc Hons in Marketing from Ulster University, completed in 2018.
