The Coordinators and Specialists team at Chartiers Center is dedicated to ensuring the seamless delivery of diverse programs and services. The Program Specialist develops and oversees program protocols, the HMIS Coordinator manages the Homeless Management Information System to track and address homelessness, the Administrative Services Coordinator supports the organizational and clerical needs of the agency, and the Blended Service Coordinator integrates services across various departments to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients. Together, they facilitate comprehensive support for individuals facing behavioral health challenges, substance abuse, IDD, and homelessness.
