Jack Carroll

Jack is a resident of Chatham and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto. He served the Province of Ontario as a Justice of the Peace, was an elected Member of Provincial Parliament and owned and operated a successful General Motors dealership.
