Lisa Craig Mhrm

Lisa Craig, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Chattanooga Football Club since October 2024 and is the Principal Owner of Transcend Core Concepts, LLC since June 2023. Previously, Lisa held the position of Director of Human Resources at Chattanooga Zoo from October 2023 to October 2024 and worked as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner for the City of Chattanooga from June 2020 to May 2023, focusing on city operations recruitment management. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Coker Tire Company (July 2018 - June 2020), General Manager at Bowl New England d/b/a Spare Time Entertainment (2017 - 2018), Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond (2013 - 2017), Assoc. Store Team Leader at Whole Foods Market (2008 - 2013), and Regional Training Specialist at Panera Bread (2004 - 2008). Lisa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
