Marcela Peinado Payares

Marcela Peinado Payares is a Business Transformation Consultant at Chazey Partners since October 2020, specializing in Business Process Management, including process discovery, reengineering, and improvement using technology solutions. Previously, Marcela served as a Regional Process Supervisor at Deprisa, focusing on the improvement and automation of logistics processes and supporting data governance projects. At Yara International, Marcela worked as an Operational Excellence Lead Analyst, responsible for process standardization and management of master data. Earlier experience includes the role of Commercial and Administrative VP Assistant at TODOMAR CHL MARINA S.A.S, managing vendors, customers, and logistical support. Marcela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Minor in International Business from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar.
