Amanda Kauth

Amanda Kauth is an accomplished attorney currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Check since October 2023. In addition, Amanda is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsel, and has previously held significant legal roles including General Counsel and Head of People at Buzzer, Senior Director of Legal and Global Head of Investigations at WeWork, and Litigation Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Amanda's legal expertise is further supported by experience as a Legal Fellow at Amnesty International and completion of a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, along with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
