Grace started their career as a Recruiter at Clover Health in June 2017. During their time there, they managed the full cycle recruitment process for Mid to Senior level roles across multiple departments including Clinical, People Operations, Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Customer Experience, Creative, and Network Management.

In May 2019, Grace joined Cedar as the Lead Recruiter. Cedar is a patient payment and engagement platform that elevates the total patient experience beyond clinical care. Grace was responsible for leading the recruitment process for Cedar's commercial org and technical teams including; Partnerships (Sales), Client Growth (Account Management), Marketing, People Operations, Product, Design, Data Science, Finance and Client Solutions.

In July 2021, Grace joined Check as the Recruiting Manager.

Grace Pennington holds a Bachelor's degree from SUNY New Paltz in a double major of Biology and Psychology with a minor in Evolutionary Studies. Grace is certified from Greenhouse Software in Inclusive hiring and from Entelo in Entelo Basics Certified.
