Nick Wooten

Nick Wooten is an experienced legal professional with a focus on consumer litigation. Currently serving as the Complex Litigation Lead at Cheeley Law Group since October 2024, Wooten previously held the position of Head of Consumer Litigation at DC Law from July 2022 to October 2024, where significant contributions were made in cases of public importance. With a legal career spanning over two decades, Nick Wooten also owns Nick Wooten, LLC, a practice established in January 2012, and previously led the Wooten Law Firm, LLC from May 1998 until January 2012. Wooten began their legal journey as a legal assistant at Beasley, Allen, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C. while completing a Juris Doctor at Jones School of Law. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Taxation & Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in History and Social Sciences from Troy University Dothan. Wooten is also dedicated to supporting the trial lawyer and consumer lawyer communities through a YouTube channel initiative.
