Ryan Lundergan

Ryan Lundergan has extensive experience in real estate development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Chelsea Investment Corporation since January 2024. Previously, Ryan held similar roles at Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation and the Boston Housing Authority, focusing on high-density, large-scale developments and real estate financial analysis. Early career positions included roles at City of Boston, Chelsea City Hall, and Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, where responsibilities ranged from city planning and project management to regional technical services and Brownfields program management. Ryan holds a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Western New England University.
