Joe Dominguez is an experienced water treatment professional with a diverse background in water and wastewater management. Currently serving as a Water Treatment Consultant at Chem-Aqua, Inc. since April 2017, Joe designs customized water treatment programs for various systems while focusing on energy, water, and maintenance cost reduction. Previously, Joe held the position of Chief Plant Operator at Montrose Environmental Group, Inc., overseeing daily operations of an industrial wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Joe's career includes roles as an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Operator at both Environmental Management Corporation and Veolia Water, and as a Water and Wastewater Laboratory Technician at Clinical Laboratories of San Bernardino. Joe's educational background includes studies at DeVry University from 2011 to 2014.
