Sheila Garitta has over 18 years of experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Disposable Products Coordinator at Cheney Brothers, Inc. since September 2005. In this role, Sheila is responsible for sourcing innovative products, providing quotes to customers, securing competitive pricing from manufacturers, and managing all purchasing duties. Additionally, Sheila oversees food show setup and design while maintaining communication with customers to foster new business opportunities and maximize existing accounts. Previously, Sheila worked as the Assistant Kitchen Manager at Roadhouse Grill from January 1995 to September 2005.
