Shannon Carroll, Ed.D., has extensive experience in the Cherokee County School District, Georgia, since 2003, currently serving as the Supervisor of Instructional Technology. In this role, Shannon leads the strategic development and assessment of an instructional technology support program, focusing on pedagogy and technology integration. Previous positions include Curriculum Coordinator for K-12 Math, Science, PE, and Health, and Teacher on Special Assignment for Professional Development and Race to the Top initiatives. Shannon began teaching in 1993 and has received several accolades, including Teacher of the Year honors. Shannon holds a Doctor of Education in Teacher Leadership from Walden University, a Master of Education in Middle Grades Math and Science from Kennesaw State University, and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from The University of Toledo.
