Colleen Linares

Colleen Linares is an experienced proposal coordinator and desktop publisher with a strong background in graphic design and client relations. Currently serving at Cherokee Federal since April 2021, Colleen has previously held positions at Kapsch TrafficCom North America and CenturyLink, where responsibilities included consulting on desktop publishing, project coordination, and graphic production. Colleen's career also includes significant roles in freelance publishing, account management for planned parenthood campaigns, and marketing assistance across various industries. Colleen holds a B.A. in Journalism from Howard University and an A.A. in General Studies from Mesa Community College.
