Eric Shields

Eric Shields currently serves as the Assistant Golf Professional and Golf Secretary at Cherokee Town and Country Club, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Eric held several roles in the Washington Nationals organization from February 2015 to April 2022, including Manager of the Box Office, where management of seasonal staff and fostering sales goals was crucial. Eric's extensive experience in ticket operations began with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, progressing through various positions, including Ticket Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included staff training and development, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and General Business from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, completed in 2010.
